Something about caramelizing onions and apples together is magical … Add some bacon and cheese >>>> poof mouth watering awesomeness !!

What I love about pizza night is being able to mix together what ever I have in the pantry to create a fun and hopefully tasty dinner.  Apples and Onions play off each other so well this is a pizza I will add to the rotation for years to come.

Apples and Onion Pizza 

Ingredients:

• 2 Apples cored and diced
• 1 Large Onion diced
• 1 Package Bacon
• 1 Stick of Butter
• 1 8oz block Cheddar Cheese shredded
• 1 Pizza Crust 

Directions:

Dice bacon and cook until crunchy. Remove from pan and set aside

Melt butter and add onions and apples to pan. Cook over medium heat until caramelized.

Spread Bacon, onions and apples on pizza crust

Top with cheese

Bake 25-30 min at 400º until cheese gets bubbly
