Why oh why do I always buy so many cans of pumpkin….. well I know why I can’t pass up a sale. I always buy with good intentions of baking a ton of pies. After baking a few those intentions go right out the door and cans of pumpkin go on the pantry shelf for me to use slowly thru the year until the next sale comes along that I can’t pass up.
