Now that easter is over – what to do with all of those eggs ! Dress up your table by making deviled eggs with a dash of color.
This is such an easy way to turn an old recipe into something new. You can do different colors for each holiday.
After peeling and slicing your hardboiled eggs dip the egg white into a color bath of 1/2 cup water, 1 tsp vinegar and food coloring of choice. The longer you leave in the mixture the deeper the color will be.
Set on towel to dry excess liquid.
Fill with egg filling of choice.
