Trying to find plane food for the bush pilots is hard ….well not really they will pretty much eat anything after being out in the Alaska Bush for a few weeks. Step one find a finger food that is not too messy since they are in the air the majority of the day with no where to wash up. That does not need to be kept warm or cold during the drastic temperature changes that an unpressurised airplane faces between take off and landing. That will be filling and not take up too much space in their flight bag…… conclusion – Pretzel Bites ! – With a little help from my bread machine a tasty plane snack is always just a few hours away from landing.
