My poor family puts up with my crazy organizing days where I’ve had a bit too much coffee (really is there such a thing as too much) and I deep clean drawers and closets. I remember the first time my boyfriend (now hubby) made me his family’s recipe of meat and cheese ball. It was horrible !!! Ok maybe that is a little harsh…… it was just different from my usual wheat grass and no processed food religion. This odd food he fed me was a fantastic mixture of cheese and savory salty meat. I knew it was wrong; but I couldn’t stop stuffing my face with this snack. Now 15 years later I have made more cheese ball than I can remember. It tends to be a recipe that I hand out the most at pilot gatherings since it is so easy even a pilot can make it !
Caution this “dip” is addicting and you won’t be able to eat just one bite! Cheese Ball
