If my little guy could pick what he got to eat for breakfast everyday it would be Waffles (or Pancakes) and Chocolate Chips…lots and lots of chocolate chips !!
I love breakfast items that you can freeze for a quick breakfast during the hectic week. In our house we have a few 2 am mornings a week with Daddy being a pilot. That’s in the fine print of marrying a pilot; crazy hours ! I love things that I can just reheat so I don’t have to get up at 1 to make breakfast, and then still make something else when our little guy wakes up non pilot time. These waffles are perfect for freezing and reheating (especially when you have crazy bed head and have had no coffee) Waffles
