Something about the snowy weather brings out the baker in me and fills my home with smoke. Ok.. I haven’t burned anything this week…..Yet! When my baking goes according to plan it is a fun way to spend the morning after the pilot in the family gets up at 2am for a flight…who knew there was a 2am ! When you can’t go back to sleep bake up a treat.
I remember seeing cake rolls from when I was kid and thinking how cool they were. They are just like an inside out cake ! Yeah I’m just as easily amused as an adult as I was while I was 3. While I have yet to perfect my cake rolling abilities even the messy attempts are tasty.
Grease it up

Time to unroll and spread frosting
Cream Cheese goodness
And rerolled
Yummy !!!!
