After a summer of camper living (yeah long story) we just moved into the garage (maybe a really long story) and now I have a kitchen again….Thrilled to be cooking on something other then a grill and having more variety to cook I am going a little crazy getting back into my monthly meal planning and prepping.
Living in the outskirts of town makes going to town to go grocery shopping even less desirable then pulling a tooth with a pair of pliers……ok so maybe it’s not that bad. I just prefer to plan ahead and 1) not have to go that often and 2) spend less by planning out meals instead of just winging it.
