Something about the snowy weather brings out the baker in me and fills my home with smoke. Ok.. I haven’t burned anything this week…..Yet! When my baking goes according to plan it is a fun way to spend the morning after the pilot in the family gets up at 2am for a flight…who knew there was a 2am ! When you can’t go back to sleep bake up a treat.
